I recently stayed at Narva Hotell and had a good experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere right from the start. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a nice environment to relax in. The hotel maintained high standards of cleanliness throughout, which was noticeable and appreciated. Breakfast was a highlight, offering a decent variety of tasty options. It was a satisfying way to begin the day. Overall, my stay was pleasant and hassle-free. I would recommend Narva Hotell for anyone seeking a clean and comfortable hotel with friendly service.

The daily breakfast buffet was descent for what you pay for. It was the same every day, but I can't complain- the porridge was delicious! They also had scrambled eggs, cereal, pastries, toast. The coffee machine was also good. The location is EXCELLENT. A five minute walk from the five-krooner viewing platform and from the promenade. I can imagine in the summer the promenade/beach gets very busy. The hotel is really in the center of things, everything was very walkable from here. We didn't use it, but the new spa also looked good.

The young lady at reception, so sorry I cannot remember her name, is extremely welcoming. What a smile! The hotel has a full spa with sauna and jacuzzi which two of our party enjoyed using. Breakfast was varied and very good, and is served in a very comfortable and spacious room on the ground floor. The rooms were very comfortable. Location is perfect for visiting the beautiful esplanade and parks.

Hotel is located in the center of the city which is very nice. Having a spa is good for a relaxing stay. Either you can buy a ticket to the common spa for a small fee of 15eur per person or you can book a room which has a private sauna for yourself. Lunch and dinner is available to order if you want which makes your stay more convenient. Staff were very nice and helpful too.

I arrived late from Ivangorod and didn't have any accommodation. I booked this hotel last minute and I don't regret it. The room was comfortable, the staff very friendly and the best thing about my stay was the breakfast. So many options available, I was full for the whole day 😁
